How can I let my client edit the details on his business-card design himself?

If you’re a graphic designer like me, you know the problem. You get called by a customer asking you for a business card for a new employee a.s.a.p. It’s a simple job, but your customer doesn’t know Indesign, so he can’t do it himself.

With PDF Panda he can. On, you can create a PDF where your customer can edit details like name, address, in fact anything you want him to be able to edit. But without messing up the design.

How does it work? Put [square brackets] around the text you want to make editable. Make sure to embed the complete font in the PDF. Go to and upload the PDF. Share the edit link. With the link your customer can customise the PDF with a simple form and download the result.
